1. What types of products does Curvy Elegance Tees offer?

We specialize in high-quality T-shirts with unique, original designs for women. Our range includes options from sassy to faith based designs.  We also welcome custom orders. 

2. Do you have a subscription box?

Currently, we do not have a subscription box but we are working on launching it by April 2025.  Sign up for our email list 

3. What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns or exchanges at this time as each order is customized to your size. If you have issues with your order, you are welcome to email us at curvyelegancetees@gmail.com or use the Contact Us form to discuss options.

4. How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically processed within 10-14 business days. Shipping times vary based on your location and holiday shipping times.

5. Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

6. How do I host a Tee Party?

To host a Tee Party, visit our Tee Parties section on the website and fill out the booking form. We offer various packages that can be tailored to your group size and event type. Our team will get back to you with all the details to ensure a fun and creative experience.

7. Are there any discounts for large orders or events?

Yes, we offer discounts for bulk orders and larger events such as corporate gatherings, school events, or large parties. Please contact our sales team (via the contact form) with your requirements, and we will be happy to provide a customized quote. Email subscribers also get a discount code each week.

8. How do I care for my Curvy Elegance Tshirts to ensure they last?

To keep your T-shirts looking their best, we recommend washing them on a gentle cycle with like colors and cold water. Avoid using bleach and do not dry clean. Tumble dry low or hang dry to keep your items looking best.

9. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your shipment on our website or the shipping provider's tracking system.
